Mom's Chicken Wings

Singaporean-Style (Mom's) Chicken Wings are marinated in a flavorful blend of turmeric, chili powder, and ginger, then grilled or air-fried to golden perfection.   • 6 wings
  • 1-1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tsp ginger (microplaned)
  • Oil to coat
  1. Marinate wings with all ingredients and let sit for at least 1 hour in the fridge
  2. Pre-heat air-fryer at 380 °F
  3. Place in air-fryer for 20 mins or till internal temperature is at 165 °F minimum
  4. Increase temp to 400 °F and cook for 5-10 min till golden brown and crispy
