- 6 wings
- 1-1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tsp ginger (microplaned)
- Oil to coat
- Marinate wings with all ingredients and let sit for at least 1 hour in the fridge
- Pre-heat air-fryer at 380 °F
- Place in air-fryer for 20 mins or till internal temperature is at 165 °F minimum
- Increase temp to 400 °F and cook for 5-10 min till golden brown and crispy
