- 1/2 lb spinach
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Bring water to boil with 1/2 tbs salt
- Add spinach and blanch for 30 secs
- Remove from heat and sit over for 1 min
- Remove spinach and rinse under cold water
- Mix with garlic, green onions and sesame oil
- Add Salt & Pepper to taste
