- Handful of dried anchovies
- 1/2 of a Korean Radish
- 1/2 oz of Dried Kelp
- Fish Cake (different varieties)
- Fish Balls
- Green Onions
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Mirin to taste
- Water
- MSG (Optional)
- Cut radish to 1/2in slices
- Place water, radish, anchovies, and kelp and heat over medium low. Remove once broth is about to boil
- Remove all broth-related ingredients except for radish
- Add fish cakes and fish balls and simmer
- Add soy sauce, mirin and salt to desired taste
