MAIN
- 4 cups Stock
- 1/2 cup Ripened Kimchi (chopped)
- 50 g 가래떡 (Korean Rice Cake)
- 2 stalks Green Onions
- Spam
- Sausages
- Tofu
- 1 pkg Plain Instant Ramen
- Shiitake Mushrooms
- Enoki Mushrooms (optional)
SAUCE
- 3 tbsp 고추가루 (Korean Hot Pepper Flakes)
- 1.5 tbsp 고추장 (Korean Red Chili Paste)
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Garlic (minced)
- Ground Black Pepper
- Combine SAUCE ingredients and set aside
- Place MAIN ingredients (except ramen, rice cake, green onions) in a shallow pot, and pour stock in
- Place sauce in the middle of the pot and turn on heat
- Once stock is boiling, add the remainder of the ingredients that were exempted in Step 2
- Once noodles have been cooked, reduce low heat and serve
